Sleeping too much?

I have a 3.5 year old lab who is in relatively good health and weight. Right now, we are quarantined in a small apartment but we have plenty of wide open spaces outside. We go for a walk 4 times a day; about 15 minutes each time and I allow him to stop and sniff when he wants. He also rides with me to town to get my coffee (drive through, of course) and the ride lasts 20 minutes each way.
My concern: the rest of the item and all through the night, he sleeps. Admittedly, I’m a couch potato - especially with the pandemic - and watch too much TV and computer time. Is this amount of sleeping normal? And, yes, I know I should engage him more in activities... Thanks

Normal routines are really turned on their heads at the moment, aren't they!

If everything else all seems well, eating, happy waggy tail, then I wouldn't worry about how much he's sleeping. Dogs sleep a lot!

It's a common thing to worry about though, and the question is covered in more detail here :)

What's the weather like, where you live? If it has suddenly warmed up a lot after the winter, the warm weather can make people and dogs lethargic for a while!
