I'm keeping 'Bailey' (17 weeks old) to the " five minutes exercise per month of age twice daily" reg. but, living minutes from a usually deserted beach. when I let him run free he leaps from dune to dune landing from high up and I'm concerned about his legs. He is so full of energy that keeping him 'on leash' seems unfair...He always (well almost always) comes at my first call so we're always 'in touch',,,
Is his youthful ebullience a danger to his long term wellbeing?

No, it's totally fine for him to run about - especially on a softer surface like a beach or sand dune.

Thanks for that..One of his brothers seems to get 'worn out' after his walk; Bailey is still rarin' to go...
