Looks pretty low quality, main ingredients are cereals and cereal by-products. Definitely worth doing some research as there many other vastly better options than this at similar prices. Make sure you're selecting a large breed puppy kibble, even though labrador pups are pretty small, they are still large breed. This is really important so that they get the correct level of nutrients.
What does the breeder recommend? Or your vet? Not sure if it's helpful but the Seeing Eye Foundation recommended Iams kibble to my friend when she got her 2 y/o guide dog. She told me they recommended this because it was the best one of widely available dog foods, meaning people could buy it in the supermarket or pet food shop. We use Purina ProPlan for our adult dogs. I highly recommend Chewy.com: the prices are very good and delivery is generally the next day. Do some research. Meat (or fish, poultry), not meat by-products, should be the first ingredient.
