hi. i am currently looking for a new puppy and have a question. is it ok to request to see the registration papers, or lineage of a pups parents? i was told by a breeder that that info was not available until a purchase was final. i declined to buy from him, but am wondering if this is normal. i cant see why this was the case. i would be proud to show the parents stats. am i missing something here?

Totally agree with @sarah@forumHQ you can’t purchase a pup without that information. Sounds like a scam, poor pups. Well done for walking away, I would have done the same. Hope you find your perfect pup soon .
