We have an 8 week old black lab (Chester). We’ve had him 3 nights and have had his crate in the bedroom. First two nights we had howling and whining but last night he didn’t make a peep and I had to wake him up to go toilet. He was fantastic and I’m so proud of him. eventually we want him to sleep in the kitchen in his crate but he’s literally just settled in it for the first time last night. So my question is, when do we move him to the kitchen? I don’t want him to him to be upset but I’m sure he will cry again. Just cautious of moving him too soon and undoing that sense of security we’ve achieved in the past few nights. Any advice would be appreciated! thanks
