My dog is a super-fast learner and I would love to hear about what what tricks your lovely dogs know to get some new ideas of what I can teach Pepper!

She knows sit, stay, roll over, spin, paw, other paw, look at me, lay down, jump, wait, up, high five, catch, come, go get it, and I am sure there are a few others that I can't think of!

How about training a nose touch to the palm of your hand? When your dog is secure with this (with your hand in different positions) then you can put a post-it note in the palm of your hand and ask for a nose touch to that, which in turn leads to sticking the post-it note to other surfaces and sending your dog to touch it.
Another idea is to put out a few toys / objects and send your dog for the one you point to. Then they bring it and put it in a box/basket.

Here's an old video of Molly learning this:

I would teach Round the Cone. Encourages the dog to run in straight lines. Since you can move the cone away from the dog it provides an opportunity to get plenty of exercise. I would also teach retrieve. Later on you can combine the two exercises.

I would have never thought of that with the cone! Love it!!
He will pick up a toy and run back to me. I am in the process of trying to teach Cooper some new tricks.... He's bored off the current stuff. Just stuck on what to teach.

Retrieve means he will pass the object to you. And wait for you cue to fetch the object. If he is doing that for many different objects then excellent training on your part.
If you look up the Australian National Kennel Council's website, then you can access the curriculum for Trick Dog. Should give you many suggestions.
