Hi guys - me again! It's 3am and I'm writing this at my wits end on verge of tears. We picked Flo up last Wednesday - in the day is good, hard work but getting there. Night time though she just screams and screams and barks... Its been going since 10pm...this happens each and every night. We've tried everything, we just don't know what else to do. The neighbours unfortunately moved in the day we got, which was very bad timing... They are complaining and stating they call the council should it carry on. She's now managing to squeeze her self through the stair gate. I'm on the verge on handing her back to the breeder. I just want to cry. Any tips will be greatly received
Sorry if this had already been suggested but have you tried having her crate or wherever she sleeps in your room for a few nights? that’s what we did with Chester for about 6 nights then he went down to the living room with barely any whining! It’s still her first week or so - she’s probably still anxious. Took Chester a few weeks to settle in properly.
