Hey, So I've been having this problem with my 3-4 year old female lab. These past 3 months or so she has been leaking urine but ONLY on an evening for 30mins or so and then it stops. She seems in no pains dn when I take her on a walk when she leaks, she doesn't seem desperate at all. I have taken her to the vet and they said that it was an irritation, which would explain why it is sometimes swollen when she leaks. I have tried not letting her into the garden and it seemed to clear up so I thought it was windfall apples. It turns out it isn't as she hadnt eaten any apples and the leaking still occurs. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
My 1 year old lab was leaking urine occasionally....she had a bladder infection. I would get a urine test to rule that out. There is also something called spay incontinence that happens to female dogs due to the drop in horomones after being spayed.
