Had our 10 week lab pup for 1 week, previous owner fed her butchers adult kibble and her poo was formed. We slowly moved to pedigree puppy kibble and she has had very soft poo since. I dont think it's right to go back to adult kibble when she is young. No blood or vomiting and she eats well and is playful.
She was wormed by vets before we got her. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Carolyn, welcome to the forum :)

How's she doing now? Since you've only had her a week or so, the changes you've made to her (and her whole world!) will still feel very recent on her system, even if it seems like they happened very gradually to us!

If she still has persistent soft stools ask your vet to check her over and rule out other parasitic infections like Giardia.

I absolutely agree with you that she shouldn't be on adult food yet though!
