Congratulations to you all. You are now amongst he veteran's too . My lab is just between 7-8 months and is finding his rebellious teenage streak. So we are about 50:50, 90:10, 75:25 on the obey:disobey a command/be silly/bite/ chew scale, depending on the hour and the day. Overall though, my choc-lab is gorgeous I've got to be tenacious and steadfast in keeping up his training
ALSO at 7 months and completely get those ratios!! Sometimes a nightmare on the lead, sometimes perfect. Recall mostly amazes me but the other day he ran off after a deliver man wanting to get in his van (face palm). biting and chewing not too bad but seeing as we’ve had no one round the house during Covid I have a feeling there’s going to be lots of over excitement when we start having people over again. We’ll miss all this once they calm down haha
