I’m just wondering how tall should be a 3 month old labrador puppy, like what is the average?

There is a huge range of heights and weights for an average lab. Females are typically smaller, and dogs that come from larger litters tend to be a little smaller to start (they needed to be to make room inside Mom). There are growth charts online, but they aren't hard and fast of what's a healthy indicator. It's not clear if you are concerned and if so, if it's because you're worried your dog is too short, or too tall. As long as your dog is gaining weight at a reasonable rate and your vet has no concerns, then you're good. You should be feeding them a large dog, puppy food though.

Thank you so much for this. I was just wondering because my lab pup looks short compared to others with long front legs. He is still 11 weeks old so maybe I should wait and observe his growth

I have no idea of averages, but my guy is 6 months now and I remember weeks 12-20 were when I felt like he got noticeably taller in a hurry. I swear I’d open his crate every morning and his legs would look longer than when I put him in. He lost most of his his puppy physique in those weeks.

At 3 months Cooper was 16" at the shoulders and 23#. She started out very small, but ended up as a very tall girl. She is a bit over the AKC breed standard for an American Lab which is taller than the UKC.

I have never tried to measure the height of a labrador puppy, but images of juggling with wet bars of soap spring to mind :D
