Hi we went through the same thing with our Hailey for the first couple of months after she came home. It's very upsetting and frustrating when you think the diarrhea has resolved only to have it return. The vet tested for parasites but everything came back negative. After about age 6 months of age her digestive troubles settled down and she's been quite healthy ever since. Good luck with your puppy!
