    Hi all
Do people give their dogs bones from the butcher? I have a really aggressive chewer and its hard to find toys that interest her and last. I am sure she would love a bone, but I have no idea what to ask for and how to give it to her? If anyone has advice, I would appreciate it! Thanks a mill.

Bones are good. Dogs need calcium but beware that beef bones, pork bones are hard which can crack teeth. It happened to my lab and it was a pretty penny to have it removed. We now stick with raw chicken thighs (remove skin but keep the meat) and neck bones.

I'm the opposite :) I only give mine raw beef 'knuckle' bones. They have them for an hour or two until they have stripped the goodies off, but before they are really chewing the bone. I know lots of people do, but I would never dare feed chicken bones.

Not with my lab puppy but with my dobermans years ago I would give them the raw bone with marrow and they LOVED it. I found them fright at the food store
