I have a 1 year old that is still very mouthy. She is always grabbing my arm or pulling on my shirt. Almost every night I sit down she jumps up and starts biting my arm. She doesnt do this in an aggressive way but it still hurts sometimes. I try to get up and ignore her but it doesnt seem to be stopping her from doing it. I tell her to get a toy before she gets on couch but its almost like she just cant help herself. Any suggestions!

I personally don't accept biting after they reach 8 weeks old, but as she has been doing this for 10 months with you it may be more challenging to break the habit. I would suggest that before she gets to the bitey time (usually around 7pm), do a little "settle" training with her on her bed in the room, extending the duration each evening. Some calm sit (stay) training), then pop her in her crate with a nice chew.
