Hi,we lost our 15 year old Lab a couple of years ago. I still don't feel 'ready' to get another dog. We have had a couple of opportunities and I thought I was ready but when the time came I panicked and had to say no. My husband is understanding but is starting to be frustrated because he really wants another Lab. Any advice?
No advice, but be kind to yourself as everyone is different. Grief can't be rushed It will be better for your next pup that you are ready, hopefully your husband can understand that.
