Hi! Our lab gets pretty filthy on a weekly basis because of our trail walks. I currently bathe him weekly but I know everywhere I look it states to only bathe labs monthly. My question is - if the shampoo is 'NO SOAP' (Earthbath brand) is it okay to do weekly??? Thanks :)

My mud magnet lab, 8, has never had a bath. She just gets regular river and tarn dips. The more you wash, you strip the coats of natural protective oils. If your dog is super muddy, just a hose down should do, no suds of any kind needed !

He is just so fluffy after! But thank you for the reply and I think I will at least change the frequency!

Cooper would think that's too often:p

I can't remember when she had a real shower with soap.
