Our 4 month chocolate lab is doing really great with a lot of her training; walking, crate, sleeping at night, commands, but is still SO bitey. Was getting a little bit better but has now picked up again. Often leaves scratches and bruises from biting arms and legs. She definitely is right in the thick of teething, has already lost 6-8 teeth. Right now we try to replace with a toy, re-direct to training, and walk away. But sometimes she just wont stop and our only option is to put her in her crate (which she loves) to settle down or nap. Should we start to see a little improvement soon? Any tips to correct the biting are appreciated!

    Good morning Leia54

I can see you posted this when your puppy was 15weeks back in September
Did you get any good tips and reassurance?
We have a 16 week red fox lab.She is beautiful, training, crate, getting bettter walking very quick to learn BUT biting oh my days! She has lost 2 front teeth and will let you rub her gums at the back without biting or anything so clearly teething. She’s stopped chasing feet and biting feet and legs when moving around however now getting her mouth around our arms, hands well that hurts and sometimes she gets in a real frenzie and goes back to her crate
Any advice you had would be much appreciated!
