My 7 month old lab seems to have forgotten everything she once ever knew. She is biting, jumping and pulling on leash. She is always on the go and never settles or snoozes unless I put her in crate ( don’t want it to seem like crate is a punishment). I am tired and exhausted and bruised everywhere. What has happened? What can I do? Getting very tearful and tho I love her dearly I don’t feel like we’re enjoying each other at the moment

I found 7 months really challenging, still a puppy but strong and full of enery. Training is not proofed, yes they know what they should do but distractions and exporing the world is just too exciting. Patience and consistency is the key, keep training and eventually she will get it. Can you go to some obedience classes ? We did weekly lessons at that age and she went from being the bottom of the class to passing her obedience awards with flying colours by her first birthday. Also going to classes make you realise you are not alone, and most labs go through this stage. They helped us massively. Hang in there .
