Ella (13 and a half) has been on you move for several years but was prescribed Rheumocam a few weeks ago. The vet said she would be on it permanently and to try to find a dose to suit. When our chocolate oldie was put on this it just made him hyper which kind of defeats the object, so discontinued and used paracetamol and occasional jab. The drug is not suiting her stomach or our rug! So may I experiment and see if just to dose when she is in discomfort. I’m not happy about the drug as feel I was guilted into it by a new vet at the practice. Please share your thoughts on how your experience on managing dosage.
