Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum - I am looking for a weight chart or typical values for puppy weight under 8 weeks old. We have a litter of 9 yellow puppies, 13 days old. Weight gain seems to be slightly slowing down for all them, and we are concerned that milk production may be keeping up with the growing pups. Average weight gain is about 7% per pup, per day. We just to have some reference values for weights to know if we are on the right track. Thanks for any info!
I'd check up with your vet. I think the average should be around 10 per cent per day, but I'm certainly not an expert. My girl had two small litters (5 pups) and that was the minimum they put on.
