I have my 9 week old puppy home and today is the first time in years that I’ve cried.

It’s more through frustration with myself because I’ve lost my temper with her twice today. Obviously she’s still learning what the world is but absolutely nothing seemed to work to get her to behave.

We exercised, explored the neighbourhood, peed, pooped, slept, I have frozen teething toys and room temp nylabones scattered around but still the constant biting was happening.

So stressed that maybe she’s just not happy here or bored with me given I’m the only person in the house all the time. Just feeling a bit lost today.

Hi Raymond, have things improved? 9 weeks is really young - Monty was all over the place at that age and I honestly regretted getting a puppy for quite a while. It does get easier though, and it sounds like you're doing all the right things. If there any Kennel Club or other positive reinforcement training classes by you I'd recommend these - lots of great advice, and training really wears them out.
