Hi there. Our dogs love to find new ways to challenge us, don't they! In the short term I would manage this by wearing a sturdy rucksack, lined with a carrier bag, and putting the poo bags straight in there I think! In the longer term it sounds like it would be helpful to work on your pup's ability to 'ask permission' for things.
