Hi guys, I am new on this forum, I really need your help.
I have a 6 years old female Lab. Her name is Lea. She has a hip dysplasia since she was born, and she is taking necessary pills for that.

She is 32kg and we try to loose weight for loong time now, but it goes very slow… she is on a light dry diet for about 150g a day.

The last 2 months she is breathing very fast, after 4 pm even 80 times a minute and panting all the time, and seams like she wants to go outside all the time.
The weather is like 28 C degree’s here and hot. We did the blood work and echo and ekg and blood pressure all seams fine.

Can someone pleeeaseee tell me what to do.

    Hi
It sounds like she is in pain. I would take a video of her behaviour and go back to the vets for guidance.

She could be having a hard time breathing, did they do chest x-rays? She could have pneumonia, laryngitis, laryngeal paralysis (though she's a little young for it) or any number of things. Is her breathing louder? Is she coughing?

Hi, just wondering if you ever got a diagnosis for Lea? Is she okay now? My female lab seems to be going through the exact same thinng atm and the vets don't really know whats wrong with her and I am really worried about her!
