When I announced I was getting a Labrador everyone nodded wisely and told me what good steady dogs they were. Now I've got a Labrador puppy they cackle with glee and tell me "you'll have your work cut out for you". what changed She is definitely lively, but she is quick to catch on. At 11 weeks teeth are more in evidence than I would like, bit I don't call it biting as there is absolutely no malice of aggression behind it.

You: Thankyou. She's X years old. Stranger: Oh, she'll be a handful till she's X+4 years at least.
