    What a night!!

I think I have had a total of 3 hours sleep . Harley has been sick 6 times overnight. She is well within herself - drinking and playing. I am starving her this morning and not sure whether to give her lunch (kibble) or rice??

Usually in the morning she heads for her cupboard where her food is, this morning she hasn't been near it! :-\

    Poor Harley. :(
I would stick with fluids only this morning and only try rice and chicken later if the fluid is staying down but not until teatime.
I hope your manage some sleep.
They are just as much worry as kids - possibly more

I agree with Jacqui - yes, they are a worry, and no, I wouldn't give her any lunch!

At tea-time, try a very small serving of boiled rice.
Hope you can sneak a nap in later this afternoon!

Yea I'm the same with Bailey, the worlds a peaceful place at 1,3 and 5 in the morning. Never mind the good times will make up for it.

Oh no not another one :(, I would starve her for 24 hours and then a small portion of steamed chicken and rice soaked in lots of water and feed small meals 3 times a day and gradually reintroduce her normal food. Treat her like you would a child and starve the bug and not feed it. It's hard but I did that with Charlie this week and he is back to normal. Hope Harley will be OK :( xx

Thanks all. Really means a lot to know you are all so supportive and caring :)

SpHarley seems to be much better now! Hubby said she was chewing on a bone in the field when he took her out yesterday. It took him a whirl to get her to leave it :( I think this might of been the reason. She has had some boiled rice and chicken and has kept it down so going to reintroduce her food tomorrow if all is well tonight :D

Oh dear!! Hope Harley is doing better now!

Penny got really ill a while back from eating cow poo over the fields at my mums house. It was not pleasant! Damn these labs and their indiscriminate taste buds!

Harley is generally better - she was sick once at 6.30am today :( , but otherwise is fine. Keeping with the rice and chicken for a few days now. Thank you for asking ;)

o, i am sorry she was sick again! :( but sounds like it's lessening... and sicknesses are always worst at night/very early in the morning, it seems..... the same for children! i'm glad she is feeling better otherwise... the chicken and rice sounds like a stellar idea for now.

give her a pat her from me and orion!
