Yesterday Molly turned 4 months. Yesterday was the first day since we got her that she hasn't munched on my laces. May not seem much to you but my laces and I are thrilled Hopefully, by the warmer weather the bottom of my trousers will have lost their charm. Not only do Jean's keep you warm but they do stand up to an onslaught by puppies.

On the downside. I have just removed her from our bay window sill. It is 30 inches high so she must have taken a running jump to get up there. And I worry about over exercising her little bones!

Pause to wrestle tea towel from jaws. We have started Counter Cruising and nothing is safe.

    Still loving the Labrador Life

Oh, you have given me NEW HOPE. My boy is 9 and a half weeks and it seems interminable right now....!!!!!!!

(but I still love him so :) )

    Hooray for small victories!

Yay for the laces. It does take time for these little things to cease, but enjoy them being little whilst you can. Harley is nearly 6 months old and I can't believe how quickly she has grown! :)

Reading these have made me a little sad , my puppy days are far behind me now and I truly think I am too old now to even contemplate a puppy , but I do so love reading about them , their little achievements and naughtiness too :) :)
Every little progress counts, no matter how small , enjoy them, they grow up so fast :)

    Too old. I'm 66!

I thought "Nice, stately, reliable Labradors. They use them as Guide Dogs, what better recommendation could there be" How come I never noticed the balls of energy that typify a Labrador Puppy before

I am so enjoying Molliy's lively presence. Training her is very rewarding, she seems to catch on so quickly. No doubt that will vanish in her 'teenage years'

I`ll soon be 67 ;) Seriously though , Lab pups can be a challenge , mainly because they are highly intellegent , needing stimulation other wise they will seek their own amusement with dire consequences at times . Having said this , they are such lovely souls ( when they grow up ;D )

Spot on Kate. They are like children, you've got to keep them busy or they get into mischief.

Molly has to work for most of her food. Treat balls, Buster Cube and Kongs. Plus I do lots of training with her. We both enjoy it and I have a tired puppy who, regards her crate as a great place to have a snooze.
