Re: Arizona neighborhood terrorized by feral packs of abandoned Chihuahuas So very sad. I wonder as they are all chihuahuas, if this is to do with a fashion to have these small dogs, Ive heard over here, its why shelters are full of staffies, because of a fashion for them, and now apparently shelters are filling with huskies malamutes, because of a fashion for them due to there wolf like ness and the popularity of vampire films. Its so sad that people get them on a whim, and then are so irresponsible, just to abandon them. Thank goodness there are shelters and wonderful people to run them. Maggiex
Re: Arizona neighborhood terrorized by feral packs of abandoned Chihuahuas I did have to chuckle a bit at the headline, but I also must admit that there is something about small, yappy, bitey dogs that kinda freak me out. I wouldn't like to be chased by a pack of them, for sure
Re: Arizona neighborhood terrorized by feral packs of abandoned Chihuahuas I was disappointed that they didn't show pics of chihuahua packs, just individual chihuahaus.

[/quote] Me too, and they all actually looked quite sweet. I am with you on the bit scared of yappy dog pack concept with undoubtedly sharp little teeth. I did have a double take and checked it wasn't 1st April.
Re: Arizona neighborhood terrorized by feral packs of abandoned Chihuahuas It's cats I dread .... give me a dog anyday over a thing with sharp teeth and so many claws coming at me
