Re: Don't try this at home! Ok. So this article worries me a bit on several levels. Firstly the vodka isnt intravenous if it is fed down a n-g tube into the stomach - factual inaccuracy. Secondly this article is presented all wrong. A picture of the dog with vodka bottles is irresponsible (I feel) at the very least. It comes across as a jolly article when it is very serious. There have been prosecutions over dogs being deliberately fed alcohol by abusive "owners". I think this article could be informative and educational but has completely taken the wrong tack which is very disappointing. Sorry for a bit of a rant, newshound. Not personal as I am sure you know.
