Prawns

    Are Labs ok with prawns. Tried one on Lady and she wasn't that keen but then did eat it.

    Cant see why not David , my old Lab Tess used to pull muscles off rocks at low tide, crunch then open and eat the meat :)

    Wow! Dog now with head in bowl wolfing down supper. It contains Green Lipped Mussel extract for her joints as recommended by vet. Not quite the same ;D

    We had large prawns at Christmas from a family member - the battered type will tails still intact. Lilly would not leave my side when I had 3 or 4 of the tails in my hand in a napkin. Saved a trip to the bin by giving her one. Ended up scoffing the lot!
    No complaints in our household and no ill-effects.

    My dogs love prawns, however so do I, so they don't get them very often!
