When I changed Charlie's food, the help and advice I received from Burns was excellent and the lovely lady asked me to let her know how he got on which I did and she asked for my permission to use my very positive comments on their website, which was not a problem. Completely to my surprise she sent FREE of charge a 12 kilo bag of food, 3 packs of dried deer ears and a 325 g of biscuit treats. Now that's what I call Customer Service with a smile Helen x
Re: Very generous Lovely! I similarly had excellent service before christmas from www.pettag.co.uk from whom we ordered a personalised item (ok....a pink camo bandana....I admit it!) which had to be re-done. Its lovely to get good service - and nice I think that we tell others when we do!! jac
Re: Very generous Awe I'de love to get McQueen one of those but have no idea about sizing..thank you for the heads up...quality looks better than what I've seen so far and not sure its worth the effort to get one as hes growing so rapidly ..hes almost gone up an entire kilo in one week !
Re: Very generous Yes a bit of mutual help and cooperation does help the world go round. I ordered a dog gate and cargo cage for my Defender and it didn't fit. The company, Travall, borrowed my car, loaned me a replacement and designed a system that would fit and fitted it all for nothing. Great service for me and they have a new range of dog gates. That sort of thing normally never happens to me!
