Odin and 3 of his littermates had their hip and ellbow scores checked yesterday! Hips and ellbows are both perfect!!! I'm the happiest guy on earth atm!

[/quote] Our breeders are planning to have another litter with the same bitch and stud(it was her first last year). So they wanted to know if everything is ok with the first puppies or if they had to find a new stud dog for the planned litter.
Re: Odin's x-rays It's very normal here in Germany too to have your dogs hips and elbows checked, either if there is any chance that you want to breed, or if your breeder requests it, or if you are planning to work or compete with your dog. We had Poppy's hips and elbows x-rayed too - also perfect! Yay!!

[/quote] No they don't. The scale goes form HD A(everything perfect) to HD E(very bad hips) but they don't break it down to A1/A2, B1/B2 usw. It's possible to get a HD A for right and a HD B for left hip though.
