    I know this is an old thread but the behaviour described is 100 percent what I'm seeing with my Loki so it's made me so happy to see it has a happy ending!

    A lot of young labs do it you're not on your own experiencing it. Some are just worse than others. Don't loose heart you're just part of the gang :)
