We've got a gorgeous 5 month old male yellow lab who's doing well so far accomplishing the sit, lay down, stay and biting is a thing of the past but over the last 2 weeks things have changed! The biting is back, especially when he wants attention to play! He's a lot more 'skitty' running around the house and previously the water spray interruption used to stop the biting is now just a but of fun for him. Our routine hasn't changed so could this be hormones? Adolescence?

Also does anyone have any tips to stop him jumping up on people especially children? First time lab owner so any advice is greatly received :)

Hi there, welcome to the forum!
I think it could just be a pushing of boundaries, and probably worthwhile working on ignoring the bad behaviour and rewarding the good.
Have you done any Click and Treat work with him? - this could be useful.
And is it your kids he jumps with, in which case, have they been involved in training at all? If its visitors, then I am a fan of the kong in the crate/on the bed approach to encourage your boy to go elsewhere and leave visitors alone.
