Sam is a pretty calm lad but just every so often , he goes loopy We were on the beach yesterday , I walked him for an hour, charging about having a grand time . When we got home , I took him outside to give him a brushing and although he was tired , as soon as I stopped brushing him, he took off round the garden like a rocket , bum tucking, charging behind the ponds , a real galloping session, it looks hilarious
Re: Who else does this ? Aw bless you Sam. Hattie does this when we have come in from the rain, I dry her she charges round bum tucking ready for more play - crazy but lovely to watch Helen x
Re: Who else does this ? My old Lab Solo used to do this, we called it 'Crazy running' and Mauser has just started to do it, hilarious to watch....
Re: Who else does this ? ha, Cuillin does this when she comes in from heavy rain, and when she has had a bath (not often, in fact three times in her life!). she bum tucks round the house like crazy with wild eyes..
Re: Who else does this ? Lady does that if I sponge the mud off her in the garden - very funny, but in this weather the lawn has been torn to shreds where she takes the corners at full pelt.
Re: Who else does this ? I use the term in an aspirational sense. We have tufts of grass and mud mainly. :
Re: Who else does this ? You mean you actually have an aspirational lawn? I've forgotten what grass looks like in fact I think I'd be quite happy if I could see the mud.... Too wet or white Thank goodness for concrete dog yards, which in this weather do a passable imitation of a lawn, well it's green or at least it was before it went white - again.
Re: Who else does this ? between Digby and the 3 boys ours resembles something like a WW1 battleground - Digby's even trying to recreate the trenches !!!
