Albert (11 weeks) needs to chew. Carrot doesn't last long enough and I'm wary of rawhide so I bought some pizzels. Well he absolutely loved it, (only had one so far) and was still & quiet for a good 30 mins chewing away, but the smell is awful. Anyone know where you can buy odour free ones in the UK. I've only found the non smelly ones from the US when I've looked online. Thanks Jan
Re: Pizzels! I got some from Ecodogcompany and had to leave them in the shed as I couldn't stand the smell either, but others said they weren't bothered by the odour. I wondered if it depends on the batch (or whether I had super-sensitive smell receptors :-\ ) Have given them a miss since then. You have my sympathy on this one
Re: Pizzels! As an alternative, have you tried rice bones (I got mine from Pets at Home, but I expect you can get them elsewhere). They are bone shaped and hard initially but gradually dissolve - and of course are made of rice. I found these great for Molly when she was really small. (And no smell )
Re: Pizzels! I use rice bones too they don't have an odour and still at 8.5 months old, takes over 15 mins to eat it all . I also use kongs a lot, especially frozen

Re: Pizzels! We give The DivaDog pizzles regularly but haven't noticed much of a smell. They are made from a bullocks very private part :-[
