A few weeks a go, I can't find the thread, equafleece dog knots were discussed.

    I've just made my own !!! ;D

I was getting the dogs' summer bedding ready. Summer bedding goes in the first weekend of May although I know they are ready for it as every morning when I go to get them out of their pen all the blankets have been pushed off the bed.

Summer bedding is 3 fleece blankets on top of the two that are always in as opposed to winter bedding which is 5 fleece blankets on top of the 4 that are always in. I use fleece blankets as they are warm, easy to wash and dry and when they were pups I noticed fleece material is not easy to chew.

Last summer they managed to rip a large hole in one blanket right in the middle which was very considerate.
The rest of the blanket is fine so I cut it in half and trimmed the ripped edge. I cut that into 3, plaited it, knotted it and bobs your uncle a dog knot just like equafleece. ;)

The equafleece dog knot is basically strips of fleece materiel plaited and knotted into a loop as a chew or tug toy.

Not sure what you found although my curiosity is so tempted to try googling it.

How very industrious! Homemade toys always seem to last longer in my opinion!
