A friend told me about this book, it is helping so much in two ways , firstly to understand nervous/fearful dogs and secondly, how best to help them to overcome problems . The book is called Scaredy Dog , author is Ali Brown . We have inherited many complex problems with little Poppy , the abuse she suffered in her short life have left her very fearful, very anxious and worried, not at home with us and Sam where she is safe in her bubble, but she cant stay in a bubble . This book is an easy read , easy to understand and explains an awful lot about these problems and well worth buying , available from Amazon .

Re: A good insight i will get that one.....never mentioned about him being nervy he gets nervy when near traffic, we just talk to him and try and reassure that everything is ok
