Just back from two weeks in Pickering with pup, Arrived the weekend they were having a 60's weekend which probably wasn't the best time as it was just too busy too many people around, Nevis was just everywhere! but sanity returned when that weekend was over ;D Went to Whitby and Goathland (Heartbeat's Aidensfield) and lots of beautiful little villages all really dog friendly, including shops and cafe's that allow dogs. Something that doesn't happen a lot up here. But the best place that Nevis just loved was Dalby Forest miles and miles of walks, A lady told us to drive past the visitors centre and the other adventure stuff and keep going till you evenually get to nearly the end and there is a beautiful Lake with a great walk that takes you completely round it. Nevis was in heaven and we were there most days ;D in and out the water ::)

The ashes of my first labrador, Jups, were scattered in Dalby forest, at that spot. :) :'( :) :'( :) :'(

I'm glad to hear Nevis loved it. :) :) :)
