I have a 11 week old puppy. When he is sleeping his breathing is very rapid. Goes on for over an hour. Iv heard this can be normal but I wanted to hear other Labrador owners experiences. He eats well, poops well and plays well. I have filmed it so I can always email it for people to view. I don’t know if I am panicking or over reacting.

Can you send it to your vets they should be able to give you a proper answer. I know it's a bit of a non-answer.

His body is going through rapid growth so it could just be his bodies way of coping

My 12 week old pup has never done this but has literally just started now. He’s currently sleeping with heavy, fast breathing. Wonder if he’s too warm or something. He’s been fine all day but still worried. Please do post if you hear anything else about this!
