Hi all, Newbie here, hope i'm asking this question in the right way. I've got an 11 yr old lab, always been in fine health till lately although she does have the dreaded arthritis. She's recently developed red area's on both bum cheeks, weirdly through her fur....i've tried to look under her fur but can't see any redness. I don't understand whats happening, starting to think maybe she's stained her fur red somehow with her tongue?? Also she's started licking her bum hole quite a bit today. Anyone got any experience of this? Thanks. Steve
I am thinking some fungal infection going on, I'd take her to the vet if you haven't done so already.
