Does the 5 minute exercise rule apply to all exercise...so on lead walks, off lead walks? Does this also include playing at home in the garden etc? Sorry if that’s a silly question but want to do the best for my pup.
@Lab_life It mainly applies to we humans. To stop us from exercising the dog too much. When she is off lead in the garden the puppy can and will take breaks.
It applies to 'forced' exercise, where the pup has to keep going to keep up with you - whether on leash or because they are afraid of getting left behind on a walk.
