    Hello,

I'm looking for an explanation as to why my very well socialized usual friendly adult male will appear quite aggressive to young pups....as in pin on back and snarling and growling (NOT biting)..

This is rather shocking for us as Bruno's owners to see as it's so out of character but something that has occurred now on three separate occasions with long periods in between with young pups who he has ran up to and acted this way with (clearly we have recall work to do/limit opportunities where he can just run and do this).

The pups have been submissive, one today was on lead and Bruno decided to make it his business to run up to him and do this behaviour.

I'm aware that some adults males behaved this way to him when he was a pup and wondering the reason behind it..

Note he is approaching 3 years old unneutured and extremely well socialized with lots of different dogs...
