Had another pointless visit from spca apparently this time i was seen outside shop kicking and punching sam. Absoultley disguisted my partner has called spca and spoke to owner of shop who we know really well so my bf is getting a copy of cctv of day i was there to prove them wrong spca are now investigating if its false and if its found to be false they can maybe involve police. What upsets me is i have my step daughter is her staying for school holidays here i had her crying an sobbing thinking they are taking sam away from us how can someone be so evil. I would never hurt sam. I know it was my evil neighbour as im friendly with everyone else in my area.
That's so cowardly. If this person has a problem then they could try to speak to you in person first.
Yeah im so angry to be accused of physically punching and kicking a 12 week old puppy surely he would be injured. Sam is part of this family he gets 5 - 6 walks a day plus out in garden he gets fed the corret times plus treats hes gt run of full house and sleeps on bed with us. We do not hit him or shout at him kids have been told if he nips to tell us he is at nipping stage we remove him out room which is called time out when he nips so to say we are hitting them by a lady who has 2 labs and a husky who get locked up in a kitchen all day and dont get walks at all or out in her garden is an insult. My bf has made a complaint to spca as this is second false accusation first time i was neglecting him because i have epilepsy and letting him out garden before jags he had his pavro virus jag and vet sys garden was ok but not walks until second jags.
I remember your first thread, this is terrible. I agree, I think you need legal advice and to start documenting every time this happens. So sorry this is happening.
If I had a neighbour who was that intent on destroying my life, I'd move. I know that's easier said than done, especially if you're renting, but that's what I'd do. I'd also redirect all my mail to a P.O Box before you move so that the neighbour can't pinch your mail and track you down to your new address. Honestly, your neighbour is unhinged and that's not safe to be around.
Yeah we both know shes unhinged. Yeah well officer told me area incident happened so i was only in that area on friday to go to chemist i checked my texts to my partner what time i left which was 9:45 but i got talking to a lovely woman with 2 labradors for about 15 minutes i know she stays local so hopefully i see her again but the shop owner is calling spca today to show them footage of me which will prove im innocent what confuses me is that area is about 5 minutes away so im now wondering am i being watched or followed. this isnt first time ive had to prove my self on january she called police and got her son her hus wife to lie i was charged with threatening behaviour i appealed charge as she has cctv which she refused to show and court says charge was un justified and i should never have been charged.
Yeah spca werent much help basically saying they look into all complaints home visits butbarent willing to investigate any more and they will do surprise home visits to us if the same person complains again and again. Im contacting my lawyer to see if he can help again with this woman 2 of my lovely neighbours called today and says how well looked after sam is which he is he gets walked 6 times a day plus out in garden fed 3 times a day and get run of full house plus gets to sleep in our bed we would never hit him as he is nipping we dont shout he gets his time out instead for 60 seconds and has stopped nipping us.
When you say he has six walks a day, that sounds like an awful lot for a small puppy. How long are these walks?
Round the block 5 minutes spread out the day feom when my partner gets up at half 5 then half half then half 12 then 2 the 6 then at 10.
