    I'll admit it I'm pooped!
Met some new puppy owners this week!
12 weeks like bailey ( I can say it here none as handsome)
But Bailey is the only one Not sleeping through the night!
The only one chewing anything he can
    The only one ignoring me
The only one who has mad bonkers runarounds x
    Sigh sigh!!!!!
Lying buggers!!!!! Thanks for all the interesting truthful posts here x

Hah! Yup, it's amazing how everyone else has fabulously well behaved puppies who don't need to be trained. Then you actually meet them.....

    ;D ;D ;D

I found (at puppy class) that when I opened up and talked about my difficulties with Gypsy, they did too.
Until then we were only talking about the good bits!

Of course, the conversation soon got round to poo - it always does lol.

    :)

Yeah, there is something in that, I reckon. Everyone has their difficulties, but probably fear they are doing something wrong. Once one person admits a puppy can drive you over the edge, everyone else is more comfortable admitting it!

Ah yes the "I have the most perfect puppy in the class ::)" - NOT! we wouldn't need obedience classes if they were pefect. I always enter any of the classes I have attended saying "sorry I have the reprobate" always makes everyone laugh and get chatting about how not perfect their dogs are ;D No such thing as a perfect dog or child in my experience, I have 4 children and 2 dogs :) x

I just say, pre-emptively, "sorry, my dog is an idiot". :)

I go absolutely overboard - people on the clicker course said "from your description we thought he was going to be a total terrorist! He's not that bad!"

The trick is to scare them in advance. Then when they see he's just an out of control hooligan, they are quite relieved.

I really don't know what you're all talking about. Mine is going to be an angel who never puts a paw out of place.
