My Packer is turning 10 this December and lately he comes up to me and just starts barking in my face or in our direction and I don’t know why ,he used to bark to go out but now it’s just random like he’s trying to tell me something
Hi Julian. How confusing for you! It might be as simple as Packer having discovered that you respond in a way he likes, when he does this. If so, our Barking Center might be helpful to you, in re-training this reaction from him However, we do recommend a vet check first, for any change in behavior. We want to be sure it's not pain or discomfort, for example, that's causing him to act differently.
