We have a canvas water bowl from Amazon can be carried in a pocket or rucksack. It came with a smaller one I use for treats inside my jacket pocket. We also have a non spill water bowl for the car. We tend to buy water or carry a container to get filled up later. I have a silicone foldable drinks container that's handy for traveling cafes and pubs are willing to fill it up. The foldable drink container was from Lakeland kitchen. Lakeland products are available on Amazon or mail order from the site.
Buy a 5 litre plastic water container from a camping store and keep it in the car with a collapsable silicone bowl.
