We will need to put our 5 month old Labrador into kennels for a weekend in about 5 weeks time. What is the best approach - just do it, or take her for day care once, an over-nighter then the weekend?
Hi @Sigurd I would do it in small steps, a short visit, then a bit longer. If she is not anxious, a couple of hours, then overnight. And the nfinal stay. Do not make a big issue of leave or arriving. Act as if you've done it a million times and that it's now boring.
