Well after nearly 2 weeks down in our kitchen/diner and today we have brought Bob upstairs to our lounge. We carried him upstairs and he's currently plonked on my beanbag snoring! Think he's going to like it up here! We will light a fire later too to show him that.

Just got to remember to take him out for a wee!

    Lou x

Well it's gone midnight and Bob doesn't want to sleep tonight :( he's howling down there! Maybe an evening on the beanbag has spoiled him a bit... X

Well, quite possibly.... With dogs, if you 'extend their privileges' on one occasion in their minds it can be 'and this is how it shall be forever more'. That doesn't mean you have to let him upstairs now - but it might take a little while to learn that he can come upstairs when you say, but not after bedtime.

Hope he quietens down soon :)

Awww - it's great when they can join you in the family room.

Gypsy was the same - reluctant to go to bed after snoozing in the lounge! I think they don't like leaving their nice warm spot. She got over it, now I have to wake both dogs up to go to bed, hehe!
