Goodness only knows what just happened but Bob came running from from the garden barking his head off and whining, he shackles were up and everything. Maybe it was a cat, a fox or a rat?! He'd been eating a bone out there earlier so maybe the smell attracted something into the garden... Poor little pooch. He's never shown any fear before this. Got him in, lots of cuddles and dinner... Hopefully he's OK. It is dark outside so maybe something just took him by surprise... We'll never know!
Re: Bob just had his first fright Oh poor little man. I'd say your guesses are on the right track. I'm sure he'll be ok - with the application of lots of soothing pats and treats
Re: Bob just had his first fright Yup I'm sure he'll be milking it all evening lol! OH made gravy for tomorrow's lunch earlier and there was loads of cooked chicken and carrots mush left over from straining.. so we added a bit to his kibble. I made sure he went through it with a fine tooth comb to make sure there were no bones. He seems much happier now! In the warm with a full belly
Re: Bob just had his first fright Charlie used to leg it into the house from the garden - like a fire eating dragon was on his tail - when the pigeons in the fur tree took off (very flappy things, pigeons). It didn't last... Hopefully Bob will be fine.
