Hi, as part of the KC Obedience tests you have to demonstrate that your dog is calm when you brush them. After 20 years of giant super fluffy double haired coated dogs I was delighted when Meg came along as I knew she would be much more minimalist. I have brushed her with an old slicker brush when brushing my Mal but not sure what I should really be using. Any tips as I need to get practicing. So far I have done nothing and she looks dazzling :) Thanks, Emma.

I use a Zoom Groom, it's fine for Tatze and Gypsy :)

KC don't mind what you use for the bronze test.

I use a Mitt,it does fine for Dexter but he hasn't got the really thick double coat that the dogs who deal with cooler climates have x

Lilly actually LOVES the zoom groom or the rubber mitt.
Hated the brush and slicker though.

Charlie adores being groomed and when I stop he moves my hand with his nose for more ;D Hattie is not that bothered but I suspect it's because it does take a while to groom her coat  x
